By adding cocoa butter to couverture, it becomes more liquid. Every couverture has another consistency. Therefore you are able to regulate it. That means you can cover pralines or cakes, e.g., more easily.
Perfectly suitable for chocolate fountains. The more liquid couverture flows smoothly out of the fountain.
Just heat the chips carefully in a pot. Afterwards put them in the temperated couverture.
