Flavour your buttercream, bavaroise, ice cream and various fillings with this flavouring from FunCakes.
The FunCakes flavourings can also be added to the batter and are therefore suitable for baking. Perfect if you want to add a nice flavour like biscuits or cupcakes to your batter. Add the recommended dose mentioned on the packet to your dough. Add some extra flavouring if you bake at high temperatures (above 200°C) as this can reduce the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Recommended dose: 30g per 500g.
