The wonderful marzipan in roll quality from FunCakes is wonderfully supple and flexible! This makes the marzipan easy to work with and roll out. The marzipan has a fine texture and is firm after rolling out. The FunCakes marzipan is available in various beautiful colours. If you want to make the colour of your marzipan lighter, you can mix the coloured marzipan with some natural marzipan. Furthermore, it is also possible to mix the colours with each other.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you need about 500 g to completely cover the cake. Knead the fondant well before use and then roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.
This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten-free according to NL-090-070.
