Baking mix for Fluffy Chocolate Cake consisting of:
415g baking mix
10g icing sugar
Bake a fluffy chocolate cake quickly and easily with this baking mix.
In addition you need:
150g egg (about 3 eggs size M)
200g cream
Preheat the oven to 150° C top/bottom heat and place a round 20cm baking pan with baking paper. Mix the baking mixture with eggs and the cream with a hand mixer at the lowest level and then whip at the highest level for about 3 minutes. Smooth the mass in the prepared baking pan and sprinkle with half of the icing sugar. Bake for approx. 50 minutes, loosen from the mold and allow to cool completely. Then dust with the rest of the icing sugar.
