Beautify your cake with an exciting running edge. Cover your cake with marzipan or roll icing as usual. Press the modeling tong into the side of the cake (approx. 2-3 mm). Now put the tong together. Then loosen the tong and take it out of the cover. Continue until the running edge is all around the cake. An exciting running edge without much effort. You can fix the height of the running edge by means of an elastic ring.
