This color is not approved for food! This product contains the coloring E 171, which has not been approved for food in the EU since 08/2022. You can use this color for display pieces that are not suitable for consumption.
Professional water based colouring. Not comparable to water colourings which you can buy in the supermarket. Opaque white mainly used for colouring showpieces made of caramel sugar, isomalt, glaze, jellies etc. You only need a few drops for colouring. Heat-stable: 150°C.
