FunCakes Edible FunColour Gel is a highly concentrated food colourant for colouring fondant, icing, marzipan, cream, cakes, pastry, chocolate, gumpaste and more. Just one drop is enough to create vibrant colours. So you can use the gel colourant for a long time. The tube has been designed to make the colourant particularly easy to dispense and to keep the cap clean. Surprise your guests once with a coloured cake, because the edible dye can be baked along at up to 200°C. The FunColours from FunCakes give your cakes a unique look. They are available in a wide range of colours, 100% edible, halal certified and easy to use.
Instructions for use: Add the desired amount of colouring to fondant or buttercream and mix until the colour is well incorporated. Continue kneading or stirring until the desired result is achieved.
For use in food. Maximum use quantity: 10.5 grams per kilogram Store at 15-20°C in a dark place.
