Rainbow Dust ProGel is very concentrated and the ultimate in food colouring. Even with a small amount of ProGel, you can add intense colours to your creations. So you can get by for a long time with just one tube. Simply add a little ProGel to your fondant, marzipan, buttercream, biscuit, chocolate or similar and you will get the desired colour.
Each gel is packed in a handy tube in the respective colour. The tubes have a tamper-evident cap under the screw cap. Remove the cap and simply squeeze the gel out of the tube.
Instructions for use: Add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead until the colour mixes. Knead well until the desired result is achieved. Now the coloured fondant or marzipan is ready to be used on your cake.
This product is nut free, GM free, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians, kosher certified and suitable for Halal diets.
