Wilton food colouring in concentrated gel form. A full range of beautiful clear colours that can also be mixed to make your own colour if desired (To do this, colour 2 pieces of marzipan/fondant separately and only then mix together).
Instructions for use: Take some colouring out of the pot, e.g. with a toothpick. Always use a clean toothpick to add more colouring and wipe the toothpick on the marzipan or fondant. Use more gel for a darker or bolder colour. Knead well if you want the mixture to be a uniform colour, knead less for a marbled effect. Make sure the dye always stays in the centre so your hands don't get too much. Wash immediately with warm water and soap to remove the colour from your hands.
Wilton Icing Colors comply with EU directives regarding E numbers allowed in food.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
