The FunCakes rolled fondant is perfect for frosting cakes or making decorations! The fondant has an improved rolling quality and a smoother texture, making it even easier to use. The fondant remains soft during processing and only hardens afterwards. FunCakes fondant is available in a range of great colours.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you need approx. 500 g of fondant to cover the entire cake. For bows and decorations, 1 full teaspoon of Tylose powder and possibly some liquid can be added to 250 g of fondant. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.
This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten-free according to NL-090-033.
