Renshaw Rollfondant Extra is specially developed in such a way that it is extra firm and extra elastic. This makes the rolled fondant perfectly suitable for warmer and more humid climates!
This fondant has a firmer structure than the conventional Renshaw fondant.
The vanilla flavoured fondant comes from England and is very elastic, yet firm and does not stick. The silky smooth finish makes this fondant perfect for lining cakes, but also for making fantastic decorations.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm you need about 500 grams of fondant to line the whole cake.
