New and improved recipe! The FunCakes rolled fondant now has better rolling properties and a smoother surface, which makes it even easier to work with. The fondant remains pliable for quite a long time, so it does not dry out during processing. The fondant then hardens. FunCakes rolled fondant is available in many beautiful colours.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you need approx. 500 g of fondant to completely cover the cake. To make bows etc., you can add 1 heaped teaspoon of Tylo powder per 250 g of fondant and possibly a little liquid. Knead the fondant well before use and then roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.
This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten free according to NL-090-020. FunCakes fondant is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The packaging includes the languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Russian, Portuguese and Finnish.
