This white flavoured fondant from FunCakes has a delicious lemon flavour that will add zing to your creations! Make great cupcakes and cakes with this rolled fondant. You can also use the fondant to decorate biscuits or as a layer between two pieces of cake.
The rolled fondant from FunCakes has an improved rolling quality and an elastic texture, making it particularly easy to work with. After processing, the fondant hardens.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24 or 26 cm, you need approx. 500 grams of fondant to completely cover the cake. For bows and decorations, you can add 1 full spoon of Tylo powder per 250 grams of fondant and a little liquid if necessary. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.
This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten-free according to NL-090-061.
