The FunCakes rolled fondant now has better rolling properties and a smoother surface, which makes it even easier to work with. The fondant remains pliable for quite a long time, so it does not dry out during processing. After processing, the fondant hardens. The fondant is beige and has a lovely vanilla flavour. FunCakes rolled fondant is also available in other beautiful colours.
This fondant is perfect for creating figures! The fondant is also suitable for making decorations. To do this, you can add 1 heaped teaspoon of Tylo powder and possibly a little liquid per 250 grams of fondant. Knead the fondant well before use and then roll it out on a thin layer of icing sugar. To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approx. 500 g of fondant.
This product is Halal and Kosher D certified and gluten-free according to NL-090-014.
