This high-quality fondant from Saracino in Italy is ideal for covering your cakes and tarts. The cocoa butter it contains makes the fondant very flexible. You can roll it out up to 1 mm thin. The taste is characterized by the addition of vanilla. It also contains the qualitative fats of high oleic sunflower oil.
