Originally combined with a lovely cream cheese frosting to bring out that red color even more. We love it and we think every home baker should make it. So get this FunCakes Mix for Red Velvet Cake and just add vegetable oil, eggs and water! Fun fact, you don't necessarily have to use it for the classic red velvet cake, it can also be used to make red velvet cupcakes or red velvet cake pops!
With this cake mix you can easily prepare a soft and fluffy red velvet cake with a light chocolate flavor.

Preparation: Information about proportions and baking time can be found in the quantity overview on the packaging. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6-8 minutes to form a light dough. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g mix recipe), baking time approx. 20 minutes at 175 °C (hot air oven 160 °C).
