A single drop of FunCakes Edible FunColour Gel is all it takes to create vibrant colours. This highly concentrated food colouring from FunCakes is ideal for colouring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, cakes, pastry, chocolate, gumpaste and more. The tube has been designed so that the colourant is particularly easy to dispense and the cap stays clean. You will be able to use the colourant for a long time, as only a few drops are enough to get the perfect colour. Add some colour to your dough and bake a colourful cake, as the edible colourant can be baked at up to 200°C.

Instructions for use: Add the desired amount of colouring to fondant or buttercream and mix until the colour is well incorporated. Continue kneading or stirring until the desired result is achieved.
For use in food. Maximum use quantity: 10 grams per kilogram.
Store at 15-20°C in a dark place.
