Valrhona develops this variety with a completely natural taste and colour. Inspiration Yuzu is added to the Inspiration range. The unique flavour of the yuzu fruit has earned it international fame. This couverture is completely free of preservatives and artificial colours and flavours. The intense fruit of the yuzu unfolds in the taste.
